Shipping Policy-Terms and Conditions
Free Shipping is available on most eligible items when shipped by standard ground service. Freight shipments may require additional charges depending on the delivery location and service required. If your order is being delivered to an apartment, condominium, upper floor, urban location requiring special truck access, or requires inside delivery, please contact us at [email protected] or +1 716-489-0412 for a shipping quote before placing your order.

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase and shopping experience. Standard shipping is free on eligible merchandise orders over $125.00, except for shipments to Alaska and Hawaii. Shipping and production timeframes are estimates only and may vary depending on the season, warehouse schedules, product availability, supplier schedules, and other factors. Custom-made furniture: approximately 5–6 weeks lead time.
John-Richard paintings and wall art: approximately 4–6 weeks lead time. These products are made to order and cannot be canceled once production has begun.
Mainly Baskets furniture: please refer to the applicable product page for the most current estimated lead time.
Fine Art Lamps: approximately 4–5 weeks lead time for all items.
Product Coordination & Availability Policy
We make every reasonable effort to accommodate requests for coordinated items, including matching colors, finishes, collections, fabrics, and upholstery. However, availability and production limitations may affect our ability to provide an exact match.
Products purchased as sets, pairs, or part of a coordinated collection may experience delays if one or more components are backordered. In some cases, after consulting with our manufacturers or production partners, certain products may become unavailable for fulfillment. If this occurs, we will make reasonable efforts to coordinate your selections as closely as possible with the items originally ordered.
We remain in regular communication with our manufacturers and production partners and work to minimize delays while maintaining product quality. However, material shortages, supplier delays, production changes, and other circumstances beyond our control may affect availability or completion times.
Manufacturers may also modify, replace, or discontinue products without prior notice. In these situations, some orders may no longer be available for fulfillment.
Made to Order Art*
When purchasing Made to Order Art, including paintings, embellished printed artwork, furniture, or coordinated collections that meet these criteria, timing and order coordination are important. Items within a matching collection, including collections identified by letters, numbers, or Roman numerals, should be ordered at the same time whenever possible.
Ordering coordinated pieces together allows them to enter production during the same production cycle. This helps improve consistency between embellishments such as gel strokes, painted details, mirrors, stones, textures, sizes, and other handcrafted elements. When coordinating items are ordered at different times, manufacturers and artists may not be able to guarantee an exact match in appearance, texture, finish, or embellishment. Ordering matching pieces together helps maintain greater consistency across the completed collection.
